At Eventpadi, we provide the technology that enables event organizers to create, manage, and sell tickets for their events. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled on the Eventpadi platform.

By using Eventpadi, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

Eventpadi does not directly issue refunds for event tickets. All refund decisions are made by the event organizer, not Eventpadi. Eventpadi acts solely as a technology platform facilitating event registration, ticketing, and payments.

2. Organizer-Defined Refunds

  • Each event organizer sets their own refund and cancellation policy.

  • Refund eligibility, timelines, and conditions may vary from event to event.

  • Attendees are advised to carefully review the refund policy displayed on the event page before purchasing a ticket.

3. Event Cancellations or Changes

If an event is:

  • Cancelled

  • Postponed

  • Rescheduled

  • Significantly changed

The organizer is responsible for communicating next steps, including whether refunds, credits, or ticket transfers will be offered.

Eventpadi is not responsible for decisions related to event changes or cancellations.

4. Non-Refundable Tickets

Some events may offer non-refundable tickets. Where this applies:

  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances unless required by law.

  • This will be clearly stated on the event’s registration or ticket page.

5. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

When an organizer approves a refund:

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

  • Processing time depends on the payment provider and may take 5–10 business days (or longer, depending on the bank or payment channel).

  • Eventpadi does not control or guarantee bank processing timelines.

6. Eventpadi Service Fees

  • Eventpadi service or platform fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment processor fees may also be non-refundable depending on the provider’s policies.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • The organizer will be notified and may provide evidence to resolve the dispute.

  • Excessive chargebacks may result in account restrictions or suspension.

  • Eventpadi reserves the right to recover chargeback-related fees from the responsible party.

8. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for:

  • Clearly stating their refund policy on the event page

  • Honoring approved refunds in line with their stated policy

  • Handling attendee inquiries related to refunds or cancellations

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.

9. Eventpadi’s Role & Limitation

Eventpadi:

  • Does not guarantee refunds

  • Is not liable for organizer failure to issue refunds

  • Is not responsible for losses related to event cancellations, postponements, or changes

Our role is limited to providing the technology infrastructure for event management.

10. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued by Eventpadi only in rare cases involving:

  • Proven technical errors directly caused by the Eventpadi platform

  • Duplicate charges confirmed by our system

Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
