Eventpadi Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Eventpadi. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Eventpadi’s website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Eventpadi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1. Definitions
“Eventpadi,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Eventpadi Technology Limited.
“User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or organization using the Platform.
“Organizer” refers to users who create, manage, or host events on Eventpadi.
“Attendee” refers to users who register for, attend, or interact with events.
“Services” refers to ticketing, event registration, event websites, mobile apps, check-in tools, payments, analytics, and related features.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use Eventpadi. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Eventpadi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use Eventpadi only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
Use the Platform for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities
Upload malicious software, spam, or harmful content
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights of others
5. Event Organizers
If you are an Organizer:
You are solely responsible for your events, content, ticket pricing, refunds, and fulfillment.
You confirm that your event complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Eventpadi does not guarantee event attendance, ticket sales, or event success.
You grant Eventpadi permission to display your event details for promotional and operational purposes.
6. Payments & Fees
Eventpadi may charge service or transaction fees depending on your selected plan.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers.
Eventpadi is not responsible for payment processor downtime, delays, or errors.
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund policies are determined by the Organizer, not Eventpadi.
Eventpadi is not obligated to issue refunds for cancelled, postponed, or modified events.
Any disputes regarding refunds must be resolved directly between the Organizer and Attendee.
8. Intellectual Property
All Eventpadi branding, software, designs, logos, and content are owned by Eventpadi or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without written permission.
Organizers retain ownership of their event content but grant Eventpadi a non-exclusive license to use it for platform operations and marketing.
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of Eventpadi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services
Eventpadi may integrate with third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for:
Third-party content, policies, or services
Losses arising from third-party system failures or breaches
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Eventpadi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Eventpadi is not responsible for event cancellations, attendee behavior, venue issues, or organizer misconduct
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Eventpadi in the last 12 months
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Eventpadi harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Platform
Your events or content
Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
13. Suspension & Termination
Eventpadi reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Remove content or events that pose legal, security, or reputational risks
Restrict access to the Platform without prior notice where necessary
14. Modifications to the Terms
Eventpadi may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective once posted on the website. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
