The Unburden Experience is a gathering for people who are ready to put some of that weight down, even if only for a few hours. It is a space to breathe, be seen, connect with others, and leave a little lighter than you came.

What to Expect

A Guided Unburden Session

Some things need to be said out loud. This is a safe, intentional space to release what you've been carrying and be met with compassion, not judgement.

Release: An Open Mic

A song. A poem. A monologue. A dance. A story. However you choose to express yourself, this is your opportunity to share it in a room that simply holds space for you.

A Productivity Masterclass with a Licensed Psychologist

Work isn't going anywhere, but there are healthier ways to show up without constantly running on empty. Learn practical tools for navigating productivity while protecting your wellbeing.

Games, Connection, and Community

Meaningful conversations. Genuine connections. Moments of laughter. A reminder that you're not alone in what you're carrying.

The Launch of the Unburden Wellness Kit

Be the first to experience our wellness kit, featuring a colouring book, a word search, and 30 days of journal prompt cards, thoughtfully designed to remind you that you are deeply loved by God and carefully held by Him, even on the days you forget.

The kit will be available at an exclusive launch discount during the event, and a portion of every purchase will go towards funding free therapy for healthcare workers through the Caring for the Carers Initiative of the Grace Ori Oruruo Foundation.
