About PAWEN Summit And Exhibition
The PAWEN Summit & Awards 2026 is a Pan-African gathering bringing together some of the continent's most ambitious women leaders, entrepreneurs, executives, investors, policymakers and changemakers in Lusaka, Zambia.
Under the theme “The Power Shift: African Women Leading in a Transformed World,” the two-day experience will explore the ideas, opportunities and relationships shaping Africa's next chapter of growth.
The Summit will feature conversations around Entrepreneurship & Enterprise, Leadership & Governance, Innovation & AI, Finance & Investment, Sustainability & Impact, and Policy & Economic Development.
Alongside the Summit, the PAWEN Exhibition will connect women-led businesses with customers, investors, corporate buyers, strategic partners and new markets.
The experience concludes with the 2026 PAWEN Awards Gala at the InterContinental Hotel, celebrating exceptional African women making significant contributions across entrepreneurship, corporate leadership and public service.
