Nigerian Telehealth Conference 2025

The Nigerian Telehealth Conference (NTC) 2025 is a multi-stakeholder meeting convened in line with the directive of the Coordinating Minister for Health and Social Welfare to develop a National Telemedicine Guideline—a key policy instrument to support the nationwide scale-up of telehealth in Nigeria.

The conference brings together key actors from government, development partners, private sector leaders, civil society, academia, and professional bodies to deliberate on strategies for expanding access to quality healthcare through innovative, technology-driven solutions.

Structured around three thematic areas, the NTC 2025 will focus on:

1. Regulatory and Policy Frameworks – establishing governance, trust, and standards for safe and effective telehealth practice.

2. Financing and Sustainability – designing innovative financing and partnership models to drive nationwide telehealth adoption.

3. Delivery, Access, and Adoption – promoting last-mile connectivity, public trust, and inclusion in rural and underserved communities.

The outcome of this engagement will inform the National Telemedicine Guideline and Sustainability Framework, positioning Nigeria as a leader in digital health transformation across Africa.

Call for Submissions

Submissions are welcomed from members of the public and all stakeholders towards shaping the National Telemedicine Guideline.
